For PDR shop owners

We bring you hail cars.
You fix them.

You already know how to do the work. The hard part is a full board when the storm has moved on and the chasers have left town.

The storm leaves. Your overhead doesn't.

For three weeks after a hail event you can't take a breath. Then the out-of-town crews pack up, the phone stops, and you're carrying the same rent, the same techs and the same insurance on half the work.

Most shops try to fix that with a website nobody finds and a Facebook page nobody follows. That's not a marketing problem. That's a demand problem, and it takes a machine.

We built one of our shops a website. It outranked their own.

Within days of going live, it sat #1 on Google for that shop's own brand name — above their Facebook, above their Yelp, above the site they'd had for years.

No ad spend. Search the shops you compete with and see how many of them own the first result for their own name.

Three ways to work together

Pick how far you want us to go. You can move up whenever you want.

Assets
$5,000
one time

You want to look like the real business you are.

A proper website built to rank, business cards, yard signs, posters — the whole kit, designed and print-ready.

Your number, your email, on everything. You run it. We don't manage anything and we don't market for you. You keep it whether we work together again or not.

Most shops start here
Demand
20% of net
per car

You have open bays and you want them full.

Everything in Assets, plus we run the marketing, take the calls and book the cars. You do the repair and the claim.

You're paid-for when the car is finished. Cancellations and no-shows are ours, not yours.

The marketing runs on our tracked numbers and inboxes so every call and form is measured, answered fast and routed to you. Your own line keeps working exactly as it does today — this doesn't replace it, it's an extra channel we run and pay for.

No retainer. No monthly. If we don't book you a car, you don't pay us anything.

Full Operator
30% of net
per car

You want the cars without the admin.

Everything in Demand, plus we run the insurance claim end to end, chase the adjuster, and keep the customer warm with follow-up texts until the car is in your bay.

All you do is the repair and the estimate. Owed when the car is finished. Cancellations are ours.

Runs on our tracked numbers and inboxes, same as Demand. Your own line is untouched.

You still do every repair. We never touch a vehicle.

How it actually runs

1

We find the storm.

We track where hail actually fell, down to the street, and we're in-market before the out-of-town crews finish driving in.

2

We generate the demand.

Ads, search, door-to-door — pointed at your market, not a national call centre.

3

You get the car.

The customer is booked, the details are in your system, and the job is yours.

4

We handle the paperwork you hate.

On the full tier, we run the claim, chase the adjuster and keep the customer following up so nobody goes cold waiting on an approval.

What a shop owner actually asks

What does a lead cost me?+

Nothing. There's no per-lead fee and no retainer. On the Demand and Full Operator tiers we're paid a percentage of cars that actually get repaired. If nothing books, we don't get paid.

What happens in a slow month?+

You owe nothing. That's the point of pricing it per car instead of monthly — we carry the risk of a quiet month, not you.

When do I owe you?+

When the car is finished. Not when it's booked, not when it's approved. If the job doesn't get completed, there's nothing owed.

What if the customer cancels or no-shows?+

That's on us, not you. We booked them, so we wear it. You're never charged for a car that doesn't come in or doesn't get done.

What am I actually responsible for?+

Two things: do the repair, and submit the estimate. We do the rest — the marketing, the booking, the follow-up, chasing the adjuster, the whole claim.

Whose phone number goes on the marketing?+

Ours. Anything we run — ads, the site, signs, print — uses tracked numbers and inboxes we operate, so calls get answered fast and we can prove exactly which cars we brought you. Your own number keeps working exactly as it does today. We're not replacing your line, we're adding a channel and paying to run it.

If you buy the Assets package on its own and we're not marketing for you, it's all your number and your email. That's the difference.

Who owns the customer?+

The repair relationship is yours — your shop, your name on the invoice, your warranty. The marketing channel is ours, because we built it and we pay to run it.

Do you send your own techs?+

No. We never repair vehicles. Every repair is done by your people, in your shop, under your licence and your warranty. We bring the work and handle the paperwork.

How fast do I get paid?+

The insurance pays the shop the way it always has. Nothing about our arrangement sits between you and the carrier's cheque.

Am I locked in?+

No. There's no term and no exclusivity on the per-car tiers.

Your bays, our machine.

Tell us where you are and how many cars a week you can take. If we're not right for your market we'll say so.
